Tim Steiner

Security Architecture Lead


He is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), and holds an M.S. degree in Information Assurance from Wilmington University. He has been active in all areas of cyber security for over a decade and focuses on providing commercial and government organizations with a realistic, comprehensive cyber security strategy. He has shared his experience and knowledge through written articles, (ISC)2 speaking engagements, information security seminars and customer engagements. In addition to his technical experience, he has spent much time communicating complex technical concepts and security practices into terms that can be easily understood and used by decision makers. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) who has experience managing large-scale technical projects, ensuring that business requirements are met. His experience encompasses a vast spectrum of organizations from the Department of Defense (DoD) to Local Municipalities and from Fortune 500 companies to very small organizations. He is currently serving as the ethical hacking subject matter expert (SME) for Liberty University’s School of Engineering and Computational Sciences.





Keith Jaroszewski

Operations and Security Test Lead


He is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP) and holds an M.S. degree in Information Assurance from University of Detroit Mercy. He is an information security leader with a unique range of experience in the information assurance community. Proven ability to leverage information security solutions to solve real world problems and build corporate value in a diverse range of government and commercial organizations. A demonstrated knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies to provide a comprehensive combination of analysis, implementation, and support in a multi-protocol environment. He has experience managing technical projects ensuring that business requirements are met. His certifications meet all Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8570.01-M for the highest levels of Information Assurance Technical (IAT) and Information Assurance Management (IAM) roles.

He is a professional problem solver skilled at breaking down complex business requirements into an enjoyable user experience. There’s nothing more important than that in the digital world, and he loves to meet those challenges. He has a diverse technical background and holds a B.S degree in Business. Additionally, he volunteers his skills and time as the webmaster for a non-profit organization. His experience encompasses a vast spectrum of organizations where he has developed ground-breaking and award-winning applications.
